Cathays 0.5 milesBeautiful first floor two bedroom apartment with Water bills included in the rent!
The flat has a separate kitchen which leads into the utility space and shower room. Towards the front of the property there are equally sized bedrooms and spacious living area.
A two bedroom apartment, in the heart of the student area. Walking distance to all the local conveniences.
Crwys Road is the main social hub in the Cathays area, playing host to numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and takeaways. So you will never be far from whatever you may need. There is a good sized Tesco on Cathays terrace and a Sainsbury on Woodville road also. While there are many eateries and pubs close by, the Flora is our favorite!
Bus links are fantastic to Heath hospital and the city centre and run around every 20 minutes daily. You are also only a short walk to Cathays train station taking you directly into the heart of Cardiff or into the Valleys!
There are numerous roads leading off Crwys Road with ample parking, both residential and non-residential, and you‘re only a short walk to the stunning Roath Park. The property is also walking distance to the university campuses, making this is an ideal property for students.
Take a look at the video walk though to get a real idea of the space and let us know if you‘d like to view in person.
